Hi! Welcome back to Zoe's World! Today we will be focusing on our film review. For our film review, we had our friend in the AICE MEDIA class, Franshesca watch our video and tell us what we needed to fix and what was good. She started by pointing out how many camera angles we overlooked. Then, as I already knew, she pointed out that we had forgotten our credentials. I simply need to remember to remember to do that right away rather than waiting until the last minute. More significantly, though, we must correct those camera angles immediately. We can only shoot on the day we film, as we have stated in previous blogs. However, in order to film again, we will need to rearrange some things. For instance, set a specific day on when we need to fix our mistakes. However thankfully not too many, we still need to correct them in order to earn a good score. High angle, low angle, tilt shot, dissolve shot, reverse shot, and the establishing shot are the camera angles that we missed. The estab...

After looking at my research blog and then the conventions my group and I had typed, I’d think we did what was in the genre. The genre of the original video the group looked at was in the pop genre. For example, heartbreaks, family loss, car accidents, murders, etc. The vibrant colors, energetic movement, and mood of the music video perfectly complement the song's catchy beats. The music video the group researched reflected the theme of heartbreak. As Shawn sings, a sympathetic backstory for the video is created as he talks about his difficulties coping with a recent breakup. The music we created had a similar theme which was heartbreak but in friends. My music video for the song "Stit...
The three girls in this picture are the people working with me on the music video. Hi guys, welcome back to Zoe's world! As you may know, the commercial is over and now is the start of a fresh project. This new project is called a music video. Given the choice to work alone or as a group, I chose a group. I chose three of my closest friends that fit in to the music video. The girl on the far left's name is Amaya. The girl in the back middle is name Jenna. The girl in the front middle is named Mia. I feel like if you choose the right people, you will get the work done correctly. Always make sure you pick people that are committed to doing the work and not procrastinate. I decided to work with these girls because we are all good at something that could contribute to this music video. For example, Mia has some experience with editing. Jenna likes filming so she has knowledge on it and will apply it to the video. Amaya is very good at coming up with i...
